1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TrainerOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TrainerOS is an AI-powered tool that helps personal trainers generate workout plans, client check-in messages, and session notes. The service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription at $39/month, billed monthly.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. AI-Generated Content

TrainerOS uses AI to generate content suggestions. This content is provided as a starting point and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients.

AI-generated workout plans and advice do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. You remain responsible for the appropriateness of any content provided to your clients.

6. Client Data

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal information into TrainerOS. You agree to handle client data in compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrainerOS to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; to reverse engineer the service; or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrainerOS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
