We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, add clients, or use the service. This includes your name, email address, and any client information you enter (names, goals, fitness levels, health notes).

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use TrainerOS, including IP addresses, browser type, and usage data to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the TrainerOS service
  • Generate AI content (workout plans, check-ins, session notes) personalized to your clients
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send account and service-related communications
  • Respond to support requests

3. Client Data

Client information you enter (names, health details, goals) is used solely to generate content within your account. We do not sell, share, or use your clients' personal information for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal or health information into TrainerOS.

4. AI Content Generation

TrainerOS uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content. Client data is sent to Anthropic's API solely to generate the requested content. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of data. We do not use your client data to train AI models.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate TrainerOS (Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payments), and only as required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. However, no system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
